What area are you in

Stephanie0131- what part of Deer Valley? I'm really close to the I-17 and the Deer Valley exist is like 5 min from me.

so I went all nerdy last night while I was at my gym. I was talking to someone in the pool about sparks and invited her to join us. So has anyone else told anyone what they are doing? Asked them to support you by joining you on here?

So great! I had two dogs once but one was fear aggressive and wanted to protect the female since she had a limp. Not fun walking when she saw another dog. Now I am down to little dogs and only one. Easier to pick up and they don't pull you off balance when I am older. I am treating this dog the best since she is little and I can afford the best food, and aways home to be her servant.

We have 3 dogs as well -Sadie in the picture is a German Shepard Mix. We also have a black lab. We ended up with my mom's dog as well after she broke her hip. She is some kind of terrier mix,

2 are Pitbull mix and the other one is an Australian Cattle/Shar-Pei

Three! Then you are kept busy! I don't know what I'd do without her during these times. What kind of dogs?

I also have 3 dogs but can't take them out yet because it is so hot.

Yes I have the same motitavion problem. That is why I decided to become the leader of this team. Hoping to start with doing challenges on here and then move on to doing event where we can get together and get off the computer and do thing with others.

We can use our points once to gift each other when we notice people losing weight. Not sure how much weight should be gifted, but for me every pound is hard. I do the water drinking challange, I think we all drink a lot of water in Phoenix. Since I am 90% plant-based I always have the greens and fruit challenge easy. We could also talk about the personal challenges we have, like for me it is not getting lazy now in the summer months and nowhere to go. I am actually a born hermit and fine alone but without my weekly 3x line dancing I lost the motivation to do a house cleaning. After walking my dog, I usually even strip off my shorts, just a t-shirt! Anyone else having motivation problems?

Weather should be getting cooler soon - maybe some kind of walking /hiking challenge
