This week topic is lower your blood pressure.

I can't say that loosing weight has lower by blood pressure but get on the meds for my blood pressure and my Meniere has lowered it a lot, .

Today topic is more confidence. Since you started this program how are you have you caught yourself being more confident.

I think I post on here a few weeks ago that I had gone all nerdy about asking other to join this team I guess that is another way of being confident.

I've always known Good eating habits & exercise were good for your Health , as well as for weight loss.

Gains besides weight loss:

-Information on Nutrition. I've learned I was eating too few calories, which had slowed down weight loss especially around middle + not getting enough of some other nutrients.
-I'm getting more energy & sleeping better
-I'm making friends & receiving support.

I agree making friends in person is harder, especially with the Covid 19 situation. The teams here are an excellent way to find new virtual friends - especially ones you wouldn't meet otherwise from different areas.

The topic this week is making new friends
I am making new friends on here but in person it is really hard. On here I have grown from 3 friend to start with to now 22. I have done this by going to other teammates pages and given some type of encouragement either liking there feeds or reading their blogs, giving them a goodie or just a quick hello. How are you make new friends?

Along with better health we will also gain better attitudes and better sleep. I am a very light sleeper and know that I need to get enough rest to help me loose the weight.

Well I just got done reading this spark article about 19 ways to stop taking yourself so seriously and it got me thinking how we can use it for our daily discussion and if I do it right I think I can do for at least twenty-five weeks.


This week question is what else do you gain besides weight loss?

I am hoping to gain friends that I can go out and do things with.
I should get better health and more energy
I will also be able to play with my grand children more
