And there's been a few books I couldn't finish! But they have to be really bad for me not to finish them!

I'm hoping to finish Men of Danger (last of 4 novellas) and start Claim Of Innocence by Laura Caldwell. Also finished Slices of Night, a novella by J.T. Ellison, Erica Spindler and Alex Kava and hope to read more by them!

Lucky, I used to finish every book I started. I've stopped doing that, since my To Be Read pile is taking over my house! I also know that I may hate a book that someone else loves. Don't waste your time but give it to someone who might enjoy it. It doesn't mean it's a bad book. It's just not the book for you.

I attempted to read Playing for Keeps by Luann Mclane but after about 90 pages I just could not read it any more. It had good reviews but IMO there was shallow character development, little character relationship development and I felt because of that like I missed parts of the story which was only so so to my I usually dont give up but I could not justify my time reading that book. Now I have 2 Kristan Higgins books to choose so probably will start The Next Best Thing.

Be thankful

Listening to "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society", not something I usually listen to, but heard it was good, and I'm enjoying it. Takes place in Britain/Guernsey in 1946.

I am a very easy going gal that loves people and wants to know as many as I can. I want to make new friends so I can enjoy more of life. When people get to 55 or 60 there are some that think life should be over but guess what it is just beginning. Maybe 50 years ago it was over but not now people are living longer and working in their 70's. I would have been if I didn't have leukemia and it does not stop me but I have good days and bad, so being home if I need rest, I rest, at work I couldn't do

I have just finsihed reading "The Immortal Hunter" by Lynsay Sands and I almost finished listening to "Chosen" by PC & Kristen Cast.

I surprised myself with the amount of books I read in 2010, I don't think I will be reading as many this year because I have taken up dancing and that takes me away from home for a few hours about 3 days a week.

Having a book on Ipod and in the car helps gets books read I think, because you can do other things as well.

95 is good effort too.

I have finished "Beyond the Highland Mist" - it was overdue from the library by 4 days so yesterday morning when I went to work and only had 50 pages to read I decided to sit in the lunch room and finish it before I started work otherwise I would not have been able to concentrate. It was such a good story.

I have just started reading "Claiming the Courtesan" by Anna Campbell.
