September was a rough month - had eye surgery and didn't walk for a week. October should be better. I will keep the same goals -- 20,000 average steps/day and 15,000 average aerobic steps per day.

My October Goal was to get a minimum of 8,000 steps per day and work up to 10,000+ steps. I was above 8k every day but the 1st when we were on a road trip & in the car all day.

My total for the month was 375,795 - an average of 12,122 per day so I am thrilled!! The daily breakdown is below

September was a rough month - had eye surgery and didn't walk for a week. October should be better. I will keep the same goals -- 20,000 average steps/day and 15,000 average aerobic steps per day.
