I plan to walk 60,000+ steps a week (10,000 steps 6 days). Sunday is a rest day unless I choose to walk, or need to use it as a makeup day.

P.S. My highest life time weight was 215. When I joined WW in 2003, I weighed in at 179.8. Started gaining a year ago August from emotional eating and been trying to get back to goal since. Gain 3, loose 3, etc. It's frustrating. If I could do this at goal it would be great.

Yes, I weigh in daily and 161.4 is my current weight. I think it would be great to do it together. Then we can support each other. I don't mind doing it publically if you don't. emoticon

New low reached 149.2 lbs on 5/6/11. Made my weight watcher goal on Tuesday, May 3, 2011.

I will join you! Except I allow myself one day not to reach 10,00 steps--usually Sunday. I see we weigh about the same if you still weigh 161.4 (let's weigh in the morning so we can see how close we are). And our weight goals are the same, 150. I am also a lifetime WW member :). Do you want to take this journey together and try to reach goal at the same time? Might be fun to support each other. We don't have to do it publicly. We could use SparkMail if you would prefer.

September was a rough month - had eye surgery and didn't walk for a week. October should be better. I will keep the same goals -- 20,000 average steps/day and 15,000 average aerobic steps per day.

For my challenge, I live in Maryland and therefore in the Eastern Time Zone.

It looks like I'm going to end up averaging 11,200 steps a day for Sept. I'm going to shoot for an average of 12,000 for Oct. This will be harder with the weather getting worse.

My personal goal is to still try for the 10,000 steps per day - if not then at least 310,000 for the whole month's total. This gives me the chance to make up for slow days with the better ones!

01 = 02,882 (torrential rain)
02 = 10,021 (great weather)
03 = Rest Day

05 = 5,963 (half day no rain)
