My goal is to walk 10,000 steps per day, every day, during the month of October.

September was a rough month - had eye surgery and didn't walk for a week. October should be better. I will keep the same goals -- 20,000 average steps/day and 15,000 average aerobic steps per day.

10/01/10---22089 steps---16077 aerobic steps---9.41 miles
10/02/10---20189 steps---14038 aerobic steps---8.60 miles
10/03/10---19258 steps---15662 aerobic steps---8.20 miles

September was a rough month - had eye surgery and didn't walk for a week. October should be better. I will keep the same goals -- 20,000 average steps/day and 15,000 average aerobic steps per day.

10/01/10---22089 steps---16077 aerobic steps---9.41 miles
