My goal is to walk 10,000 steps per day, every day, during the month of October.

10/1 : 10,237

10/3 : 3,000 (not too good so far!)
10/4 : 8,315 (better, but not there yet)
10/5 : 10,755 (It's so much easier when it's nice outside)
10/6 : 2,624 (didn't really try today)

September was a rough month - had eye surgery and didn't walk for a week. October should be better. I will keep the same goals -- 20,000 average steps/day and 15,000 average aerobic steps per day.

I'm in - need to get back on track. My daily goal is 10-15,000 steps a day/ 6 days per week. I just get back from vacation and I need to loose the weight that I gain.

September was a rough month - had eye surgery and didn't walk for a week. October should be better. I will keep the same goals -- 20,000 average steps/day and 15,000 average aerobic steps per day.

My goal is to walk 10,000 steps per day, every day, during the month of October.

10/1 : 10,237
10/2 : 5,505
10/3 : 3,000 (not too good so far!)
10/4 : 8,315 (better, but not there yet)
10/5 : 10,755 (It's so much easier when it's nice outside)
