Tea , with oatly milk, barrista blend. No sugar.

If I want a change, I'll brew myself a spiced chai or another variety. The chocolate tea made with cocoa nibs and black tea gives a faint chocolate flavor without the chocolate calories.

I do not drink coffee at all—Mama used to say I would drink it when I grew up and reckon I will never grow up. LOL. I do drink hot tea in the winter once in a while but I don’t do it often. My preferred drink is water now.

I drink green tea mostly. I like peppermint tea when I have upset stomach.

I work out mostly in the morning, before breakfast. I don't have time to eat and then wait for digestion in the mornings with having to be to work by 7 AM and not being a morning person by nature (ask my mom).

I am usually not too hungry when I first wake up, so I exercise first. Then when it is time to eat I am more mindful about what I eat because I don't want to ruin the good I did with the exercise.

Just depends. This morning I wasn’t hungry so I went for walk first. If I wake up hungry I eat then workout. I go with my gut... lol

Yes, I use it to watch tv programmers - usually old programmers & for diy ideas

I don't use it for much more than looking up information and playing games. My husband buys online and does much more with his computer.

I read and send emails for sparkpeople, facebook, some googling (not much), and that is about it. I do use my iPad for games, email, and that is about all. I do not do spreadsheets or document-creation—don’t know how.

At home it's mostly Sparking, Googling, emailing. But I also use it to map runs and check out apps like Strava and Garmin. I do quite a bit of on-line billing and shopping too.

I hardly even use any document-creation, or spreadsheet stuff at home.

I get frozen cause they are usually picked and frozen when ripe. Fresh you get various stages, either too ripe or not ready yet. I do love farmer's markets though. When I hit those I love to stock up on too many veggies.

Which weight loss mistake do you usually make?

Not appreciating slow weight loss
Expecting the same results as everyone else
Feeling upset over inconsistent weight loss
Expecting immediate results
Letting one setback throw me off course
Eating too few calories

FOR ME....I think at one point or time I have felt like all the above statements. Mostly I would say feeling up set over inconsistent weight loss.

I think it's the same. I know what sugars I can manage: coconut sugar, concentrated fruit juice, maple syrup

Everything else seems to upset my blood sugar and push me into craving more and more.

When you face a craving, how often do you give in to it?
If it can be satisfied by something already in the house or where I am - 70% of the time. If I have to go and get (like go to a store) 5% of the time.

When you face a craving, how often do you give in to it?

It really depends on the craving.

If it's for something healthy, I give in to it. If it's for something not healthy I will try to distract myself. If I continue to get the craving I will try to figure out what nutritional or emotional need I am needing to meet. Usually, emotional cravings will pass, nutritional cravings will continue or build.

Sometimes.

I really try to hold onto my cravings until I can satisfy them in the best possible way - I no longer respond instantly to a craving - I consider "where is this coming from?" and "what do I really want?"

Sometimes but like you, usually a small taste when I first want it will satisfy my demon and I will be really good for a pretty long time. I have noticed it especially with chocolate--if I get a little bite once in a while, I am good to go and can resist it.
