Here is a quick circuit I have been using:

. 20 or 25 Hindu Squats (2 or 3 sets with 30 seconds between sets, 8 or 10 stranding chest press outs with an anchored resistance band of your choice of strength ( same sets and rest sequence as above, 2 or three sets of 8 or 10 repetitions of standing chest pulls with anchored resistance band of your strength of choice.( same set and rest as above).

Temeber to resist the return to start position with the bands.

It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.

I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.

Cardio burns calories, strength work burns fat.

Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit

You can not build a six pack using twelve packs
