Thank you for all the information; I'll have to take a look at YouTube this weekend.
I'm doing Jessica Smith's 21 Day Workout Plan and there is a active day of rest; so I'm look for different exercises.

It usually takes me a few sessions to learn the Zumba moves when I switch to a new dance video. I was really uncoordinated when I started too, but you stumble, laugh and keep going. I couldn't get through a 10 minute video when I first started. It gets much easier with time and what I love about it, is that it doesn't feel like a boring workout.

A YouTube search and can get you videos ranging from 4 minutes (one song) to 1 hour. Some are labeled "beginners" or "easy" if that helps. emoticon

Don't be discouraged if you need to do modified dance moves. I have bad knees, so I can't do most of the jumping moves. The important thing is to keep moving!

Zumba looks like fun, but I'm not very coordinated. How long to do workout out at a time?

Pretty much all of my workouts are done at home, using free videos on the internet. I have my favorite Zumba, Kickboxing, and Kettlebell workouts on YouTube that I mix up. I also play Just Dance 4 on the Wii with my son, which is a really fun way to workout. I own an exercise bike as well, so occasionally I do intervals on it.

Kettlebells have really been my go-to of late because it combines strength training and cardio and burns tons of calories in a short amount of time. It really kicks my butt though!!!!

I hope everyone enjoy the spring weather last week. I hope everyone has adjust since Daylight Saving Time started last week
