I'm back after over a year hiatus. The lbs kind of crept up on me and I'm trying to get back to my racing weight for the season.

Ran 20.6 miles today.

I had a couple of questions for the group:
Is there any way of putting in a weekly running/exercise schedule into the SparkPeople site and have it adjust the calories and nutrition elements on a daily basis based on that? -- The recommended 1200 calories are just not going to cut it today.

Also it seems to be a consensus among experienced runners that runners should have a larger percentage of their calorie intake devoted to carbs (I've heard 75%) than what SparkPeople recommends. What do others think?

2.01 First run since my calf cramped up on me during my 10K. It was a little tight at first, but I stopped and stretched at about 1.25 mi. and then walked a minute or so, and then it felt much better!
