I've been out for a couple of months myself, mostly due to baby! I got out 3x this week and it feels GREAT! I'm making it a priority again. Baby can spend a few hours with Daddy or Grandma! :)

Imperfection is important. If we were all perfect, then there would be no such thing as growth, and everyone would be extremely boring, which is, paradoxically, not that perfect.-- Dr. Matt

Wow. Out for months? I have been sidelined for three weeks due to work and it is driving me bats. I hope to get out tomorrow.

I have been out of running for a couple months due to some knee problems that were a result of running too much without any strength trainings and yesterday was my first time back to running. It felt awesome and I was able to run a full 5k with no knee pain during or after my run! This was some of the best news I have had in a long time because before I had to stop running I signed up for a 5k race on March 9 and I thought that I was going to have to at least walk part of it if not all of it.
Super excited to be back on track and to start training for longer races again (I was up to running a 10k when I had to stop before and would like to eventually go on to half and full marathons).
