Lost Convention weight gain and also 3 additional pounds....down 6 in one week. Hope the scale was correct!

1. Lose 4-6 pounds -- Lost 2.8 pounds
2. Follow Metabolic Prime/After Shock program -- emoticon 3 out of 4 weeks
3.Get my head on straight and refocus on losing!!!! emoticon
4. Sew kilts & accessories that have been ordered emoticon

okay so weight is not going to go off this moth. I gained 3 pounds at convention but I hope next weigh in on Tuesday, after the 4th of July, (there should be a law about having to weigh in after a holiday!!!) it is gone.

June goals are not going well, but they are going and I keep plugging along.

Finished and shipped my blocks for the swap. Working on Christmas throws, again. 5 are done and delivered, but 5 more need to be made by September, so......I sew.

Leave Tuesday for Convention in Salt Lake City, Utah for 6 days so my poor eating is going to heck in a hand basket. It is hard when you have an hour to get something to eat and there are 29,999 other people trying to do the same thing. Wish me luck.

Been traveling again and need to lose the 3pounds I gained so I am behind. So close to goal,but so far away.

Goals for June:
1. Track, track, track
2. Eat 3 fruits per day
3. Lose 3 pounds for June....Start weight:195.2
4. Do something for ME each day

School is out for the summer and so now I get really busy. In May I finished the quilt for my great nephew. It will go out in the mail either tomorrow or Friday. And I'm pretty sure I did not meet my weight goal for the month either. With that said I plan to do the following:
1.lose three pounds
2. finish taxes
3.complete and mail quilt for great grandson
4. I really want to complete two projects before I tackle the purple elephants for the granddaughter.
A. Make a table runner from last summer's log cabin block swap
B. Finish spiderweb placemats for us.
5. Fill out FAFSA and finalize course selections for the fall semester.

Today I restart my Weight loss program.

I am going to keep eating fresh fruit's & vegies.
Start walking more
Start drinking more water.

start working on the wall hanging & the Prayer Shawl that I designed last month.

for my weight loss goal lose 3-4 lbs.

Today I restart my program to get healthier. My goals for June:
1. Get back on track and stop unplanned snacks.
2. Finish wall hanging (1st quilting project).
3. Start working on BOM.

Wow, June already. I must admit I did not do really well with may. Things just didn't work out for riding the bike, and now it is 90 degrees so we will be in the kayaks. Here are my goals for June:

1) Lose 3 pounds
2) Finish organizing sewing room
3) Eat 3 fruits or vegetables daily
4) Finish 2 UFOs

I know summer is busy, but think we can all find one thing to work on this month.
