OHHHH, yes, oil can do that, doesn't it? have you tried taking it in the middle of the meal?

I had that so bad when I was on a normal diet. not so much now that I"m on a low carb diet but if I cheat, particularly if I eat oil with carbs. potatoes, ANY grain, are the worst, and any sugar with fat. candy, pie cake, cookies, I can eat a baked potato at home but french fries have transfats and starch so it's worse sometimes.

Oil is causing... how does one say it.... repeating. Not digesting easily..

I take it in supplement form after a meal.

sorry, what issues is the oil causing. and while I'm being nosy, how did you administer it? which could have some bearing on what issues it's causing.

KI: What do you mean? Issues for WHY I'm taking it? Or issues I'm having WITH taking it.

what were your issues?

I've read that WOO is great for many things.

So, I purchased some.

The first time I used it, I had no problems with it.

The second time I used it, I started having problems it. Am I allergic to it? Am I not taking it at the right time?

Any advice?
