12/29 - Strength training on the nine machines that used to have Fitlinxx. I did two sets of ten reps on each. I was aggravated that they got rid of the Fitlinxx system with no notice to the members though. This caused me to have to guesstimate my weight on each and I'm sore today....don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

Wow TERRI77 - nearly 1000 calorie!

I skipped the Y last night and did a 40 min Turbo Jam DVD at home instead. I'm short on time with the holiday approaching and working out at home saved me about 40 minutes.

I did 2 miles in 51 min. on the treadmill which is a personal best for me. Then I did 45 min. of deep water aerobics at the Y. Before that I did day 1 of the 28 day bootcamp, video 1. WooHoo... I feel awsome!
