I have had two surgeries for cervical fusion. My doctor had me wait for six weeks till I started
PT. for any exercise. Heal first.

Welcome to the team. If you haven't already, join in the daily chaat. That is were most of the back anf forth communication occurs. Both health and non-health related. I do not know what exercises to suggest for your neck. My best advice would be to ask for a PT appt from your surgeon or see if he just has a list of exercises with instructions that you should do. All of us have slightly different fusions, problems, etc. so what is appropriate for one of us may not be appropriate for you.

I am new here my name is Trish and I just had neck surgery . My cervical spine was injured in a car accident . Does snyone have any execrcise suggestions? I am thrilled to be here and see there are people . Thanks for listening
