I am continuing my journey accross the US, started on the East coast. I am currently in Kansas; 7.13 mi to Eureka, KS, to be exact, 1681.0 mi into my journey. My mode of transportation: running and swimming (and the occasional bike ride...)

Thanks for the congrats! I decided to take a break from walking so much. After I make it to my destination, I'll start walking again. Don't want to get stuck in a rut doing the same thing all the time.

Hi I'm new as of right now. My is Lee.

I rode my bike today for, 90 minutes.
I need to get a new speedometer, the one I have is not working. I hope to buy a new one sometime this week. I don't know how many miles that would be.

I haven't ridden my bike as much as I'd hoped due to working so much putting out Mother's Day cards at the two stores I work, and training another lady to do the work at a third store. I had a massive headache yesterday, too. Headaches just drain me to the point all I want to do is sleep.

I'm better today and will hop on that bike for a nice long ride. I'm reading Stephen King's book "Duma Key". It's really good and I usually lose track of time while riding and go further than I'd planned.

I have not been on my bike in a few days. We are working hard on the rehab house. I do want to ride my bike and get some miles behind me. I am just so tired when I get home. Maybe I should plan to ride when I first get out of bed.

Yesterday was a busy day so I didn't get my ride in and only walked maybe half a mile. That means I have some catching up to do, but I WILL get it done!!! emoticon
