Well at the moment I am doing the couch to 5k program on the treadmill. I add a little eliptical and some stregth training in. I am in the second week and it is a six week program.

I really don't follow a "program". I am part of a community walking challenge at the school where I work so I walk every night with my husband and do strength training at home. I also use my elliptical and do things on my wii fit.
Once it gets nice out I'll do more outdoor activities like tennis and swimming.

I am working on building my cardio back up and hope am going to start P90X in two weeks. want to know if there are any others doing the program. Or just what program you are doing so we can support each other.
