Yesterday I managed to prepare healthy meals. Make it to our daughter's appointment on time (2hrs out and 2hrs back) Plus have a spotless house for the evening viewing we had :)

returning to SP after being MIA. i've lost 8 lbs.. 10 short of my goal, but it is something at least.. i have gained muscle so I'm ok with it!
I had a goal to retun to SP, so i have accomplished that today (:

Today I sorted through a bunch of containers in our master bedroom and shredded a lot of paper!
My plan tomorrow is clean the bathroom and organize the laundry room. We have a house viewing tomorrow evening :)

My goal for today is to stick to my food plan; I'm going to a party tonight where I know there will be plenty of food and alcohol! I plan to enjoy the company in abundance and the food/drink in moderation.
