Week of 6/26~ 7/2
My Goals:
*64 oz Water daily
*5 freggies
*30 min ex
*control night time eating
*ST 3 days
Friday~ Goals met did 20 min ST (did do some munching!)
Saturday~ plenty of water lost count after 10! only 3 freggies, worked outdoors 6 hours moving rocks, digging, bending (good physical ex)
Sunday~

Ooops...I didn't do very good keeping track of my accomplishments this week. I could guess but I think I will just start the new week fresh and keep a daily list going. Kudos to all of you who did!! Great job!!

6 hours of tearing down, rebuilding and repairing fences has to count for ST. It covered squats, weight lifting and I'm sure I worked my core too! I'm exhausted! I can't actually log reps but I'm goign to consider it emoticon

And a 4th day of Core: 50
