Summer Goal - get to 133. Exercise with regularity and variety 6 days a week 30 to 45 minutes. Log everything that enters my mouth. Drink lots of H2O- stay in my calorie range. Be positive and thankful for every day no matter what I weigh. emoticon

Hi all, Well here it is... Not alot, but i wasn't even expecting to lose since its a day or two before my period and i feel like Shamu. LOL but I lost a half a pound! and im thinking i may have missed measured my neck it's 13.5 now I 'm sure next week will be better or probably even in a few days But at least i didnt gain!

Hi Fellow Summer Camp Challengers,

I have been MIA from SP and all exercise and any form of eating healthy for about 3 weeks now. I came back to SP today and thankfully came across this challenge. I would like to lose 10 lbs by the end. My daily/weekly goals are to get in at least 20 min of intentional exercise a day, ST at least 2 x a week, work on my food binges right after work and be accountable to my fellow challengers. I believe I'm in need of about an 8 on the motivational scale, can be the queen of excuses, so give it to me straight. I look forward to getting to know everyone and hope to motivate as well as be motivated!

My WL Goal for Summer Camp is:
* weight loss of 10 lbs
* minimum of 64 oz H2O per day, 72oz during TOM
* daily tracking of food eaten on SP
* follow Jorge Cruise ST program 6 days/wk
* min. of 30 mins. aerobic exercise at least 5 days/wk
* daily posting to give and get support!

I am looking for a 6 on the motivational scale. As long as there are challenges I should be good at motivating myself, but will need a swift kick in the rear occasionally, and won't be afraid to ask for it! However, if you see the need and I haven't asked, kick away! LOL :)

7/29 : 194 (-1lb.) YAY!
8/5 : on vacation and at end weighed 195.3 (not bad!)
8/12 : 195 (-.3) I'll take it!
8/19 : 195 (0) hmmmmmmm.....

My WL Goal for Summer Camp is: To lose 10lbs, drink at least 64 oz of water daily,exercise a minimum of 20 min daily and 3 days/wk ST, 5 freggies/day and track and stay w/in my calories for the day.
I need a lot of self discipline with night time binges, this by far is my biggest weakness and the source of my sabotaging my best efforts.
On a scale of 1-10...I think 8 will be a good dose of motivation for me too!!

Summer Camp Starting Stats ---- All humor aside, and to the left of the measurements! LOL

Neck: Not too bad 14 1/4
Bust: TOO BIG 46 1/2 ( with and without a bra)
Arm: Flabby! 16 1/2
Waist: Not small enough! 40 5/8

Calves: muscular, wishing they were smaller tho!! 17 3/4

(Just a little humor to start the challenge with!)

My WL Goal for Summer Camp is: 10 - 15 pounds by Labor Day, drink 8 + glasses of water a day, eat 2-4 freggies a day, exercise at least 30 minutes cardio 3 times a week, ST twice per week, stay within my calorie range (1200 - 1550) kill the nighttime bingeing (right there with you Lynnie). My motivational level ... about an 8 .... give it to me straight, ride my a$$, don't sugar coat it, be inspirational and motivational.

Okay here it goes my summer camp 2009 challenge stats.

My goals are to get in at least 8 8oz glasses of water per day. 5 freggies per day. Do some sort of intentional exercise per day LOL. Hey i'm working on it. lol Stay within my calorie range everyday.
On a scale from 1-10 my motivational need is a 10. Bug the crap outta me be on my a#! everyminute LOL. The guilt alone will keep me honest.

Summer Camp Starting Stats

My WL Goal for Summer Camp is: 12 pounds. (I'll take more, but it IS getting harder & harder to shed!). I will have a *minimum* of 5 freggies/day, drink at least 64 oz. water (a hard one!), and exercise for a *minimum* of 20 min./day (another hard one on work days!). I will eat nothing but fruit past 8 pm (not too hard, but sometimes I DO have my days....). I will also try to post daily (hard...on work days...but I'll try it to take back some "me" time!). For my motivational needs scale, I'd like to be an 8. I've got a lot of motivation myself, but I *DO* need nudged to. AND....give it to me any way you feel. Don't feel the need to sugar-coat; tell me what you think! (My feelings won't get hurt, and I don't hold grudges; I actually function a little better when "pushed", instead of "nudged").
