Losing 4 lbs in 3 weeks is pretty good. In order to lose weight healthily you should only lose about 1-2 lbs a week. I've been pretty good for 6 weeks and have only lost 6 lbs but at least I've lost and I know I've gained muscle. Just keep at it consistently and you'll see results.

I have been slack lately but I am trying. I cut out weeknight alcohol and have been trying to stick to 1200-1500 cals a day (well, VDay kind of threw that off, I am sure) and drinking more H2O...been going at it for 3 weeks. I have lost FOUR pounds. That is all. Grrrrrr.
My SIL and I are starting Jazzercise on Monday. I think this is going to help. I need a buddy and the only thing that stinks is her work hours, etc...so I may be alone at it at times because she often works til 7. We both are considerable bigger than before babies. I am now a 14 (gross) and was an 8/10 when I married. I would like to lose 25 lbs.
