It will eventually come off. Pay attention to measurements instead they tell a much more honest story. Good luck. Glad you are making some progress.

I eat plenty, I think but I'm not reaching my calorie range. But the weight has started to come off now, thank goodness. Thank you all so much for the wonderful advice!!

rest, is also important. I took more than a few days off .. instead of gaining, when i wasn't working out and eating crappy, but still lifting weights every few days .. i lost weight.

Try switching things up and se eif it helps. Drinking enough water, getting enough fiber, getting excersize, sleep or a thyroid problem?

that is great advice! changing it up keeps you from getting bored too.. another thing i always try to keep in mind when i get bummed out is that even if i dont lose weight I am doing something great for my body and i always feel alot better after I exercise!! Good luck, I know how discouraging it can get!

Have you changed up your workout routine lately? Sometimes our bodies get used to burning the same calories usin the same muscles when we use the same routine and machines for a period of time. Cross training can be a big in using different muscle groups and burning calories a little differently to get you off your plateau. You may want to check out the Fitness section under Healthy Lifestyles and use the workout generator or videos to help you change it up.

Also, make sure you spike your calories every now and then so that you are keeping your metabolim primed. What I mean is that while it is great that you always stay in your calorie range, again your body adjusts and settles into a routine. If you eat seveal hundred calories above need every now and then to keep your metabolism at its best.
