I am back once again !! I have been busy busy busy with work, children & birthday parties & haven't had much time to get online. For the most part I have maintaind my weight still watching what I eat and exercising every now and then but I need to get back to the gym...

Does anyone have a weekly work out routine they stick to ??? If so what is it ??? I am thinking of changing the daily challenges a bit and this would really help me decide...

How was everyones weekend ?? The weather was GREAT!

Challenge for 4-6

at least 20 min of cardio

** Just so I know how many of you have weights or bands at home ???

Over the week-end I..
4-3

walked 1 mile
2 sets of 25 lying abduction/adductions (each side)
200 crunches
- I forgot all about the squats

4-4
walked through dc for 8 LONG hours

4-5
Walked 1 mile
200 crunches
played outside with the kiddos
cleaned

Week-end challenges-

4-3-09
small cardio of your choice
25-50 squats
2 sets of 25 lying abduction/adductions (each side)
200 crunches (all different kinds- if you have trouble thinking of new ones check out the ones here on spark)

4-4-09
3 arm exercises of your choice
Cardio

4-5-09
Keep you butt off the couch day emoticon


Last night I-
did 200 crunches
walked 1 mile

4-1 I-
walked 3/4 mile
ran the stairs 10 times
200 crunches

Yesterday I did 200 crunches and thats it- bingo had me out WAY to late! I have done NO cardio since Sunday and I can feel it

Modified Plank- try to hold it for 30-60 seconds at a time, the longer the better
2 sets of 25- lying adductions, abductions & bridges
* cardio if you have time- I may not but I will try

My home computer is down so I here are challenges for the weekend ....

cardio cardio cardio - but mix it up and try something new and exciting.

Stay off the couch & out of the bed- rest from "real" exercise but keep your self busy busy busy

25-50 bridges

Last night I-
did some cleaning & ran the stairs 5 times

-my arms hurt from tuesday so I skipped the arms

*20 min of cardio (any kind- I plan on doing some high speed vacuuming)
* 3 arm exercises of your choice (wall push ups, weights, lift your baby for 3 sets of 15 they will enjoy it)

Last night I...
did 30 min (352 calories) on the elliptical
4 sets of 15- leg curls, leg extensions, adductions & abductions, lateral pull downs & seated rows

Played the Wii for a while
Ran the stairs 5 times

** my arms hurt after baseball & bowling with the wii I didn't do any exercises

Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs -- 60 mins. interval training on treadmill
Fri - long walk w. baby hubby and dog + 60 min. vaccuming house

Okay so even though I said yesterday was a rest day I felt guilty after eating chicken from McDonald's so I did 300 crunches, 4 sets of 15 lying adductions and abduction, and some arms

150 crunches (during Grey's/Private Practice commercials of course lol)

20-30 min of fun cardio (Vacuum, carry the laundry up the stairs a few times)
50 lying adductions (each side)
50 lying abductions (each side)
50 bridges- hold them till your buns burn emoticon
