Can you identify the source of stress? Is it just the stress of the day so when you sit down at night and try to relax, your mind is still telling you that you "should" be busy so nibbling is how you keep busy? A 100 calorie bag of pop corn and a glass of skim milk can keep the hands busy as you try to sit and relax as well as providing a healthy evening snack.

I would also suggest trying some yoga poses while you are watching TV and trying to relax and unwind and slow your mind from a busy day. Here is a beginning yoga article with some pose demos for some basic things you can do at home to help relieve stress and keep from eating as a coping method.

I am also assuming that you are not breastfeeding. If you are breastfeeding then you should not follow the calorie/nutrient recommendations on Spark because they are not calculated for breastfeeding. Babyfit.com calculated for breastfeeding and we can help you there as well.

Hi, I just made the move from babyfit. I am 7 weeks PP. I am having alot of trouble with late night stress eating. I'm really good on the day but then in the evening go crazy. Last night I had an extra 2000 calories. I need some advise. I'm really ready to shed the weight and these bad habits.
