Hello, glad everything went good for you. I'm gonna be 30 in Feb and the sad realization that I won't be at my goal is upsetting me. However, I refuse to let that stop me from trying to achieve my weight loss goals.I wish you well!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! I was lucky to spend the holiday with family and friends (including a few people I hadn't seen since last Christmas). Quite a few people complimented my weight loss success over the past year and it really helped me get back in the swing (effective yesterday). I did have a successful year, but recently I have been feeling a bit down on myself for slacking off on my diet. Friends and family helped remind me that I should be very proud of my progress even though the journey can be bumpy. This year, I'm picking up where I left off - keeping in mind that I am starting 2013 a full 52 lbs lighter than I began 2012.

To the team - I wish you all the best in 2013. We are in the right place and we are on the right track. Make it a great year.
