I ran about 3.24miles in 45 minutes I use to do it in 55 to 60mins so I am glad it's improving but it gets a little harder every other week I am still going strong!

My walking has been so broken up this week. I'm getting quite a bit in but in shorter segments. My daughter is in a hospital out of town and I feel like I've walked miles just around there. I have not been able to run in over a week because of a cold that has moved into my chest and my daughter's emergency surgery. But I'm still trying to get some walking in and hope to be able to get back to running soon. It's been a couple of weeks altogether since my last run. I'm missing it.

Today was the first day of Hill Training- I ran 5.2 miles, 1.5 of them were 6 hill repeats.

Sunday I ran 2 miles in 20 min (normally 27) and Saturday I did 2.2 miles.

Tonight was my first training run after 3 weeks in a boot! I ran in shorts and a long sleeved shirt in mid-20 degree weather... 3.85 miles! Tuesday is my last training run before next Sunday's 1/2 marathon! I am happy to say that I am still at my normal pace!

I haven't done any running all week because of a bad toothe ache. Antibiotics finally kicked for the infection and I'm feeling so much better today! Instead of running though I went hiking. 4.75 miles up and down some big hills. My area is very mountainous. Got a great cardio and leg workout doing it and enjoyed it so much!

I ran about 3 miles, but the fun part was the older gentleman who I passed twice. On my way out we simply said good morning. On my way back he shouted "Way to go, Grandma." My response, as I kept running was "Not yet.." He apologized in a very heartfelt manner and I laughed and replied, pointing to my grey hair, "Oh I'm old enough and ready, but my kids aren't." Made my day.

I did 5K today and matched my personal best (31 mins)
The unfortunate bit was the end, speeding up to get to my front door I tripped, leaving me with grazes on my face, hands & knee-hoping I wont look like a panda in a few days!
I've done this once before, never thought of jogging as a dangerous sport!!!

I managed to get a personal best on 10k today and then I ran another 5k just because. 15k total (9,3 miles) and I will spend the rest of my Sunday happy and exhausted.

Plenty of things taste as good as being skinny feels. :)

I trail ran at Discovery Park- 2.8 miles, then I hill ran another 1.64 miles then walked 3.15!

My Sportband said 4.14 miles, but it is uncalibrated and I think that is low- I'm probably closer to 5.

15k, which is the longest I've ever run. My legs feel like they've been run over by a truck right now.

Plenty of things taste as good as being skinny feels. :)
