Have you tried tweaking your water intake and cooldown routine? Did it help? Hope you're enjoying your running and feeling yourself get stronger.

I'm at my best when I run early in the morning, before work and other activities clutter up my schedule. I like to drink a full liter of water and eat a small amount of carbs (like a half serving of oatmeal or a handful of raisins) to wake me up. And then I wait 10-15 minutes for my stomach to settle and I'm off. I don't really wake up until I eat my first carbs of the day, though, and I am immediately nauseous if I run with more than a tiny amount of food in my stomach. So that's what I do.

Oh, and for me, lightheadedness is a reaction to running in warmer weather than I'm used to or not drinking enough water. How did you feel _during_ your run?
