Hi, my name is K and I am looking for a Spark Buddy! I just am so much better at saying no to treats and yes to exercise if I have to be accountable to someone, so if anyone feels this way too and has similar goals I would love to post to keep each other on track!

I am a 28 year old nurse and a newlywed (my husband has no concept of healthy eating so that is why I am here for support!). I currently am 5'4 and weigh 130 pounds, which is a healthy weight for my height but my jeans dont fit like they used to and I really would like to be aroun 123 to 125 and more toned.

I like to exercise but have a hard time fitting it in during the week and am working on this - I work nights and have insomnia so it is hard to get motivated when tired! I love spin and step classes, and I am working up my arm strength so that I can attempt to do the 30 Day Shred in the month of April.

As for food, I love to eat. I eat well at home but have to work on portion sizes, especially if I cave and eat what my husband is eating as that is usually fattier. Also, my coworkers are the queens of bring in snacks at work and they are literally two feet from me so I have a hard time resisting temptation there too.

I really think that having a couple of people that I can post regularly with and report my food/exercise to will really give me the accountability to make better choices.
