The livelier you are the better the calorie. Curves calculates the running boards 1-3 calories per recovery board so be aware if you just move side to side you calories will be exaggerated but if you pick up your feet and move fast on the machines you'll have great numbers!!! Welcome : )

Search in the fitness tracker for just the word "Curves", it allows you to manually enter your fitness minutes and calories burned, I would use my phone to take a pic of my cal burn and enter it later so I wouldn't forget the number when I got around to entering it. The calories the tracker shows under the "Curves Circuit" was always way off for me. I'd burn over 500 and it would barely show 300. Just depends on your Smart level. I just started Curves Smart this week. I am trying to figure out how I can put in calories burned on the fitness tracker. The curves workout listed on SP says 191, but I burned 285 calories today. Help!!!!!

That was the BEST Workout YET!
