Missed weigh in last week. Today I was 189.4 which is down one from last week. Still down from my start weight but up from my low of 188.4. Very slow going but am sticking with it.

Weigh in this morning surprised me. I thought when I looked at the scale it was the same as last week, but when I looked here at my weight, I have lost a pound. I'm right on target for a total loss of 17 pounds on my ticker by the end of March! emoticon My streak for daily exercise got off track though.

I think I must have eaten too many salty snacks on Super Bowl Sunday or something because I am up a pound + this week to 191.8. Bummer. Did get to the fitness center to do my entire workout yesterday. Snow and cold etc have been interfering with that too. I am really ready to think Spring.

Oh well, next week will be better.

Glitter...I will keep you in my prayers.

Weight was up this week by 2.6 lbs! 182.8. I'm not getting the exercise I need and eating too many carbs. Going away this weekend to visit friends so going to be meal challenged. At least it is supposed to warm up next week and I can get back to walking and pool.

Weigh in was yesterday morning and I too stayed the same at 190.4 for the third week in a row. At least it isn't going up. Exercise has been pretty good although I missed one trip to the fitness center due to a bad cold.

Oh dear:

back up at 114.6kg so only down by 1.3 kg now. Still 3 pounds. But....

I walked 3 days this week between 20 min and 1.5 hours; drank some water but not enough
I ate bread which is not a good idea for me.

Try more next week

Yahoo! Most of my 6 lb gain came off this week. Down 5.4 lbs. weight 180.2

I'm not doing so well with my goals. I have stopped my exercise streak, so there's no way to get a 60 day streak by the end of March, but I can start again today. My weight went up 2 pounds this week, too, but I could still get to the 17 pounds by the end of March. That's 11 pounds from now. Still doable.

Hi again everyone,

6 lb lost now, 2.8 kg

10 minutes exercise mostly unrecorded! No walks or crosstrainer. On the job type: painting and gardening even dancing at a wedding last night!

I knew that 4# loss was too good to be true. I went up one # this week. I'm still one pound ahead of the game if I can adjust next week.

I had my session with a new therapist who managed to get me to go up and down the steps again. I was pretty sure it was all in my head after that nasty fall, but he had some suggestions about why it might have happened and did some strength testing and then assured me it would be OK and up I went. Of course the first few times he was hanging onto the belt to be sure I didn't fall but that seemed to be all it took. I have been going up and down every other foot like normal ever since.

Got back to the gym for a real workout yesterday. They have been pretty hit and miss ever since the accident, blizzard, Christmas-- all those things that seem to get in the way of doing what I should. Now if I can just keep on track.

Goal for the first week of Jan - 60 minutes, second week - 70. I made the weekly total, but did not do 7 days a week.

Goal for this week is 80 minutes total. Did one mile on the treadmill this evening - 25 minutes.

According to my haunted scale (should be replacing this week) my weight went up 4/10 #. Looking back on the week I'm not surprised I gained & am happy it was not more.

2 weeks since I started and 2+ pounds lost.

Tracking food mostly

Water 10 x 8oz glasses not managed every day, but many

10+ minutes exercise every day...not always recording these things!

Sleep 8 hours is a dream, but I'm working on at least making opportunity for the chance to sleep.
