I did a 5k at the gym this morning. I have also done my 75 squats on my 30 day squat challenge, arm circles with weights, push ups, chair dips, & wall sits today.

Aerial yoga, walking on treadmill 2 miles and an evening walk with dog. Just trying to keep moving. Has anyone ever hired a personal trainer for weight lifting? I feel like a am so weak and need muscle mass. Thooughts?
