I danced for 2 hours last night! I enjoyed it so much. My niece was going to come dance with me, but she had to cancel out. We're going to do it next weekend. I can't seem to get Eliana to dance with me. :o(
Today, I'm going to walk/jog, but it will have to be in place. My hubby is at work so I can't go outside and do it. I don't have a dreadmill so I will have to do it the best way I can. It won't be as fun as dancing, but I have to make myself vary my exercise. I may also do Your Shape FE.
I have to food-shopping and cooking to do. I plan to make a soup for my hubby since he has a cold and hasn't been feeling well. He can enjoy some homemade soup and barbecue beef sandwiches when he gets home from work tonight. Getting my exercise and keeping busy should keep me on track and away from extra food. I will have a challenge on Sunday since I'm getting together with my family for a lunch/dinner and we always do it buffet-style due to room. STRENGTH!
