That sounds like a great combination. I will give that a try! I have also been adding between 1/4 cup and 1/2 cup to my oatmeal in the morning. It makes it creamy without adding milk and add a fair amount of protein.

I have also found that I like my nuts toasted. I toast a batch, cool them, and then store them to add to oatmeal, salads, etc... Toasting really brings out the flavors!

I love Greek yogart....we have it plain with agave nectar, walnuts and dried cranberries...YUM! Today I had olive oil, almonds as my mufa!

I just discovered Greek yogurt about 6 months ago. LOVE IT! Depending on my mood....sweet or savory.....I mix in fruit and some dark chocolate in a half a cup for a sweet treat or nuts, humus, cut up veggies as a dip for veggies!

I hear you on the nut butter!!

So far today.... Almonds, chocolate, peanut butter

but there's one more meal to go
so either nuts on salad or nuts&flax with yogurt
hmmm, calcium & protein may still be low so ... nuts&flax with greek yogurt & berries
