Hello team!

Today, I got to go out and about again! I hardly ever get to!

I went to an up-scale local thrift shop. I bought hats to use as vessels for gift baskets. I got the idea off of Pinterest. All you do is turn the hat upside down, then stick the gift items inside and shrinkwrap it. They will be so cute! One of them is a Budweiser, a Polo, etc.

I also bought a beverage cookbook. There is every imaginable non-alcoholic drink recipe in it.

Following, I bought "The Carbohydrate Addict's Diet". I think it will be a winner. Have you ever heard of it?

The total for all was $14.00. Not too shabby.

I have not gotten to my job yet today. I hope I can do an article tonight. I have so much research to digest. However, shopping for gift basket items is a job in itself!

I am attempting to become a flexitarian. I cannot promise, but will see how it goes.

My bookshelf has soooo many books on it that I have yet to read. Diets, religious, leadership, fitness, etc. How am I ever going to get a chance to read them all? I really want to! Before bed is too late. Morning too early. The rest of the day is work. The only thing I can think of is to pick one day each week to devote solely to reading a book.

I did all of that walking today, right? Before typing this, I took my shoes off and guess what? No pedometer! It fell off somewhere. Oh well, hopefully some other person will find it useful and get into shape!

My Joyce Meyer "Look Great Feel Great" team is not doing too good. No activity at all.

Well, I will close for now. Be good and remember to pray for those who cannot pray for themselves.
