My March goals are to

1) Spring Clean the house! Top to bottom!

2) Make it to the gym at least 3 days a week.

3) Walk at least 3 evenings a week.

4) Lose at least 1lb a week

Anyone else have spring fever yet? I'm ready to clean out the house and clean out my system! This month I want to focus on health and cleaning my system. What are your March goals?
