so with the holiday season here and in full swing things are kinda crazy and we smell the holiday turkey or ham cooking like its the day of. and our minds think we are gonna fail but deep down we want to have our cake and eat it to. here are a few tips and feel free to add some of your own:
1.moderation is key so eat ur favs in moderation
2.still workout and try to do a little more to make up the difference
3.stay positive as we know it really is mind over matter most of the time
4.every little bit counts so a few jumping jacks here a 10 min cardio session there
5.its ok to use substitutes
6. and you dont have to eat everything thats offered
