I often wake around that time too. Then when I get up, usually 5:50-6 if I do not have work, my bs is 100-107. Interesting.

If I have work I am up around 4, but I wait to take my bs.

I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night but not consistently. Hopefully someone else can help you. You also might want to check with your doctor.

Good morning all! Question... I wake up at 3:30 am every night. Have been reading that waking up at that time can be a sign of low blood sugar and that the body releases a hormone to raise it but that hormone also wakes the person up.

Has anyone experienced this and what did you do to fix it?

Thanks!
