FBS was up to 118 this morning after knowing I was too high in carbs yesterday - aslo have allowed myself some beef which always fires some inflammation - time to be stict and get back in charge of this

so I strictly laid out plan for a day of egg fast and scheduled foods and liquids - good day at home and able to do this
647cal 8carbs-1 fiber =7net carbs 46 fats [16 sat fats] 45 proteins
and sparks tacking shows 5%carb 29% proteins 66%fats

UPDATE: Next morning Blood sugar was 103

Oh but that is JUST Monday Wed and Friday - bac up to 1000 to 1200 other 4 days and one day where I don't track so I can learn to live with what I learn.

Wed was 645 Friday was 544 I rarely actually get it down to 500!

Feeling a little back on track today - back to alternate Down days to about 500 calories and Tuesday Thurs Sat up days at 1200 and Sunday no counting but be reasonable.
Today 546 calories 18 carbs 6 fiber=12 Net carbs 25 fats [9SatFats] 66proteins
13% carb 47%pro 40%fats
Only 2500 steps but that is OK - purposely resting ... 1 flight stairs

I use natural nut butters [no chewing teeth for real nuts!]

My mentor on another team uses cheese, but I come and go with using cheese or going non- dairy so the nut butter is simple, no refrigeration needed and small spoonful is just enough before I drink my 8 o water with bedtime meds.

My week’s careful recording/totals…
Day 3 = Wednesday - quiet day at home
5:20am FBS 103 Wt. 209# ***stayed the same
[meds/suppl. 5 x per 24 hrs. - 8 ounces water with each]
Pint Chai tea with stevia & .5Tbsp MCT oil sipped
Breakfast: Stir fry fresh garden veggies 1Tbsp EV-Olive oil, 14 g green pepper, 50g yellow squash, 50g oinion, 50g Zucchini, 90g tomato 2 eggs scrambled in 38g 4cheese mix
Pint GGMS Pint Water
Lunch: 80g chicken breast, Beet greens and 1Tbsp mayo, bread & butter
Snack: 1 tbsp. each to make "My Chocolate in a dish" butter, hulled hemp seeds, Hershey's Dk. Cocoa powder, stevia, brewed coffee - micro& stir in small dish
Dinner 80g chicken breast, 50g raspberries,
1/2cup goat yogurt, stevia 1Tbsp almond butter
Pint GGMS

Totals: 1269cal. 47carb 94fat 36satFat 72pro 20fiber
3000steps 14%carb 22%Pro 64%Fat

Mot cheese = Mozzarella cheese [my computer key for the last letter of the alphabet does not work unless I copy and paste ….frustrating]

My weeks careful recording and totals...Day 2=Tues
5:20 FBS 99 Wt 209# ***Down a half a pound
[meds 5 times per 24 hours - 8 ounces water with each]
Pint hot green tea with .5Tbsp MCT oil & Stevia
Sauteed lettuce into 2 egg scramble 30g four-cheese-mix and 1TBS Mayo
Plate the eggs and lettuce , put the plate on scale and add cheese to gram weight and same with mayo.
Pint GGMS sipped through morning
Lunch: 80g chicken breast 100g Zucchini Zoodles 1Tbsp Blue Cheese dressing
Market snacks: Pint Homemade protein mocha, Pint ice water, pint water with chia seed and SF Syrup flavoring, boiled egg and 1 Babybel cheese
Dinner 100g goat yogurt, 100g raspberries stevia 1 Tbsp SF peanut butter
1185calories 31carb 73 fat 26satFat 110prot. 12fiber
3060steps 10%Carb 36%proteins 54%Fats

I am going to do a weeks careful recording and totals so will just share a copy of that here for comment, questions, suggestions ---I eat kind of weird but am content in my world and learning new combinations and clinging to old ideas too Incorporating intermittent fasting, heart healthy keto, diabetes and celiac all mixed up together!!!
Day 1 ….Last meal yesterday ended 6pm
9:30pm 1Tbs PB with meds Up to potty@ midnoc, 3am meds with 8ounces water
5:20am alarm clock FBS 107 Wt 209.7#
5:30 Meds with 8ounces water [heart med, thyroid, Mag and cranberry capsule]
6am 1 Pint Bulletproof Hot Green Tea [***.5Tbsp MCT 1 Pkt Stevia and stir]
8:15a Bfast: Egg, TbspButter, CrCheese ounce in cup microwaved
This is a breakfast I learned when doing an egg fast and is a good start for my day
***GGMS=Good Girl Moon Shine concept from Trim Healthy Mama group [Brew Qt water with 1 oolong & 2 fruit herbal tea bags...Cool...add 2Tbsp ACV, 1 pkt stevia, 1tsp. vanilla, dash of sea salt] Divide into three pint jars, Add ice to fill each as I sip them through the day
9:30 morning meds 8ounces water
11:30 Lunch 25g mot.cheese 100g canned turkey 15gm Mayo .5c lettuce
3pm meds 8ounces water
4pm snack 25g Mot. Cheese, 1 boiled egg, mayo
5:30 100g chicken breast baked
1 pint mint herbal tea with stevia 1sq Dk Chocolate
984cal 4carb 65fat 28SatFat 85Protein 7fiber
6%carb 35%Pro 59%Fat 2500Steps 2 flights stairs
Monday is always a strict hi fat-hi pro day...you will see more salads and berries through the week
