I have goals on Sparks let Bible reading and prayer, no soda, water, eat a healthy breakfast andf sleep. A lot of them are goals that were added when I joined other teams.

Yes, but mine are usually the same, maybe with a little tweaking ... eat healthy, track carbs, walk in the neighborhood, daily Bible reading. And then I have a huge housekeeping goal of decluttering every room on main floor and basement, so I try to set one small obtainable goal within that overall goal. Usually accomplish these, but sometimes life gets in the way!

I use streaks to track my goals related to fitness/health. I have things like strength training 3 times/week, swim once a week, drink no pop at least 6 days a week, etc.

I like to make weekly goals, whether I not I make those goals. If I do, it gives me a positive feeling that I can keep on doing it! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Yes, but they're usually the same each week - track all nutrition, stay within calories goals, walk every day, do my PT, stay positive. Sometimes I will add something like strength training.
