I just went over my January goals as it's about to turn into 1/31 as I'm typing (!!) -- I'm very happy with how I did! I hit most of them and didn't do too bad on the ones that I didn't actually complete fully -- so........ I think I will give myself a BRAVO! for the month! I started off a bit weak - but I'm finishing strong!!! so now.....it's onto February!!! gotta LOVE February!!! shorter month (although LEAP year!!) and spring is coming soon!! woohoo!

For January, I will ADD the following:

1- Exercise for at least 10 mins daily
2- Go back to using PP again (I stop for a while time to start using them again)
3- Log into spark people for support and motivation

Here is what I am willing to subtract:

1- Sugar and bad Carbs
2- Stop snacking past 10pm
3- Stop beating myself up after I gain
4- Stop letting the scale get to me

I am a Beautiful Woman in side and out, I don't have a weight problem "I have a problem with my weight"

For January, I will ADD the following:

1) drink 8 glasses of water each day (I struggle with water intake during winter)
2) participate in different challenges to keep my motivation up
3) exercise for at least 10 minutes each day

Here is what I am willing to subtract:

1) cut down on amount of time I spend playing games on iPad & phone
2) not using electronics after 9:30pm
3) stop mindless eating/snacking after 10pm

This is my plus minus for January...

1, Exercise more and be more active
2. stay on target with my PP
3. Become a more Positive person
4. Keep my motivation up

2. Eat more fresh fruits and veggies
3. Track everything even if it's a bad eating day
4. Fit exercise in to my daily routine

My minuses:

1. Cut out processed foods
2. Cut back on soda
3. Cut back on carbs

Looking back over last year's weight loss journey..........was it totally perfect??? did you do every single thing just right??? are you 100% satisfied with your year???

Most of us probably had at least one or two little things we did/didn't do -- or maybe we had lots of stuff we did/didn't do!!! But either way, if we take some time to think back over last year, we'll find things that we could add to our journey or take away from our journey --- things we did right, things we didn't do exactly as we'd like to have done --- who couldn't use a little tweaking to this process of losing/maintaining weight?!?!?

The challenge for the month of JANUARY will be all about ADDING some helpful things to our journey and SUBTRACTING some harmful things from our journey!!! Whatever you need to be successful, you will ADD. Whatever you need to get rid of in order to be successful, you will SUBTRACT. It's that simple --- plain old simple math --- you either need it or you don't!!! it's addition or subtraction!

to participate in the JANUARY plus/minus CHALLENGE, here's what you do:
