HYDRO......you find it in the Playstore if you are on Android.....just put hydro in the search bar and it should come up for you....its free and really good!!!!

I just rejoined WW. Getting used to the new program. I'm basically in the old Freestyle list but thinking of switching to Purple. I like the changes and extra latitude they can give you.

I also rejoined Planet Fitness. Honestly, I've been kinda bored at first. I'm switching up what I do each time though and enjoying the hydromassage, hot showers, and variety.

What's that water app?

I use the Hydro App....it alarms me every hour....love it....try to get the water drunk before the alarm goes off,,,,,lol

i have put an app on my phone that reminds me to drink otherwise i would get to evening and realize all i had drunk was coffee ,drink 8 cups in an hour or two and be out of bed running to the loo all night

I’m all about dropping the drama, or at least talking about things and not losing my head—or my sanity!—this year.

My goal is also to lose 50 pounds by next January. I’ve been off meat and not a lot of dairy or animal by-products for a few weeks. I wasn’t drinking soda for a few weeks. Gotta get back to that! Less sugar overall. More water, more water, more water: this year’s mantra!! emoticon

I decided this year to make goals, not resolutions. I’ve been reading recently about intentions and baby steps to where you want to be. Intentions and then making those incremental changes to be better, do better, feel better.

It’s working! 2019 is our year emoticon

I'm with Rose in moving along with what I'd hoped to achieve last year.

In 2019 I will ---

become much better at controlling evening eat, and this will definitely cause weight loss.
by the end of 2019 I will be at least 20 pounds lighter.

In 2019 I pledge to myself to laugh a lot more, to avoid heavy drama, to let negative life "stuff" slip off my back. I will enjoy this year. Every time life gives me lemons I'll make lemonade and often will add a splash of white rum!

During 2019 I want to repeat the 80km bike ride in the Okanagan on July 1st weekend,
I want to re-do "the Grouse Grind" (last done nearly 20 years ago! OMG!!).
I will also enjoy many many great paddles ~ focus this summer will be on getting outdoors and camping and paddling unless forest fires close the forests etc down again and/or threaten our home area as they did 2 years ago.
I want our life to be fun again.

well we are very near to being given a new year. question is what are we going to do with it .
for me i am going to make these resolutions
1/ learn to say no!!!!
2/ i can make every choice a healthy one for me
3/ letting go of emotional baggage [ps to follow]
4/ treating myself with the respect i give others

ps 3/ will be hard my friend and out team mate lyn gave me a handbag/toteblack with emotional baggage printed on the side!!!!!! she is cheeky
