I totally love this book. I'm one of those people who needs structure, and her program is really helpful. I like being told "do this on this day this many times with this weight."

It is a great book for beginner, as well intermediate kettlebell users. It isn't diet based but instead gives you a variety of movements to use. There are 3 workouts listed... silver/gold and platinum each last about 6 weeks. Each of the workouts have 4 routines days with routines to follow. It also mentions what weight to use. In the beginning Lorna also does a good job give basic history on the subject as well as do's and don't. Check it out well worth the money. She also has a website.

Hey Nande77, I am going to look into it on Amazon, what did you like about the book, or what did you feel was it's goal? Is it a good book for beginners or seasoned KBers, is it diet related and all that good stuff:)
