I was wondering do we want to make this team active again? Do you want me to work on challenges and things or are you happy with you other teams?

So I'm trying something new I'm going to work out using jillian Michaels workout session. I am glad though that I can run and walk up down the stairs with out being tired I just hope that this week I can atleast loose 1 pd to let me know about my progress. Any advice will help. Keep in mind I only eat 3 meals a day small meals and maybe 1 snack please give advice.

I have been on and off the last year, mostly off more than on :) I recently joined a "biggest loser" competition at work to motivate myself to lost some weight that I gained while lifting and eating heavy. I was up to 178 and am working to get back down to 160. I'm working mostly with body-weight exercises and recently bought a Iron Gym to use at the house. I like it so far.

Wow...I almost all but forgot about this team. Can't believe it's been 2 years almost since I joined Spark! I am not as active on here as I would like to be, but I suppose that is sort of a good thing. I'm a single mom with 3 kids ages 11, 12, and 13. I just recently left my fostercare job after adopting one of my foster sons (that being my 12-yr old) and chose instead to go back to school full time and get a part-time job as well. I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and have been following an eating plan in which I count carbs and protein and eat 5-6 times a day! It is not a low-carb meal plan if that's what you're thinking. Each meal, has to have approx 33g carbs and 24g protein. A meal could be anything from a salad to a protein shake with a banana. I guess I get so caught up in my day to day life, that I forget about Spark :( Sorry guys.

Hi. My name is ME2448 and I have become a co-leader on this team. I joined SP between May 25-31 of 08 as you would know by our team name. I am still working on losing some weight but have maintained the weight I lost in 2008. I am wondering who is active on this team and what have you been up to.
