I was traveling, so I didn't do the exercise of the day. However, I am a firm believer that lifting suitcases, especially my heavy ones, and dragging carry-ons through the airport should count as some form of exercising. Sadly, it's probably my best form of strength training! lol.

the weekend was good..we didnt float awaqy in the tenneesse floods.. daily challenge done!

Mini Goal : go down 10 pounds in 30 days.. From 188- 178 BY 10-10-10


wt wise: to fit in those sz 13 LEI jeans

emotionally: to love exercise as much as I love oreos

physically: 40 mins a day even if I don't want to ( that means making time)

spirtually: To love how I look even if I am not perfect!!!

I enjoyed reading the article, but I won't be trying the exercise. I have a stability ball, but no bench to hold onto while doing this one. I liked the challenge for today, sometimes I forget about those little features off to the side. emoticon

I've read the article, but my doctor has prescribed rest all this week after an injury. Do I get half credit?

Well, I read the article but I have lower back issue so I did a 15 minute walk, involving a short steep hill,instead. emoticon

On the article, will have to go with an alternate exercise!

1st Major Goal: To be under 200lbs (I DID IT!!)
2nd Major Goal: To be a size 14 (I DID IT!!)
3rd Major Goal: To have lost 35 pounds (I DID IT!!!)
4th Major Goal: 185 (Gotta do it again)
5th Major Goal: To actually be 180 (what it says on my license)
6th Major Goal: To be a size 12

Hmmm SPARK could you think of a harder exercise!!!! lol!! My bench is not sturdy enough and my ball is nearing flat! So I'm gonna totally modify or just find another exercise! And I'll go read the article just now too!

My reward for today - my husband is going to massage my back and feet if I do BOTH of my workouts today! (That's a big challenge for me)

I've got to modify the leg lifts...I have a ball but not a bench at home and since I'm doing two workout videos I'm not going to the gym...off to see how I can make that one work.

I read this article some time ago, so I'll look for a motivational article that I haven't read before. As for the exercise...whew! I'll do it at home but will have to modify it; I've got the stability ball but I don't have a bench.
