did walking, cleaning, and plannign on doing a recorded yoga class or aerobic class....I record those from the TV for variety....

Done! Week 3 Day 2 of Couch to 5K -- 9 minutes of running and 10 minutes of brisk walking, plus an extra 20 minutes of walking to and from the gym :)
