Hey good morning all. I just rearranged my spark teams and realized how little I have used the one day challenge team. And how I used to looooove it here. So guess what.... I am back. Will do my 30 minutes on my treadmill in the pm (gotta wait for hubby to wake up, treadmill is in the bedroom, and he does night shifts).
