Challenge-Stand on your left leg, and kick your right leg back into a lunge and touch the floor with your fingers. Then bring your right leg in front of you and try to pull it to your chest. You could also add a small hop at this point. Do 3 sets of 10 reps, then repeat on the other side.

Benefit-This move is good for improving strength, and if you add a small hop, it is a good, heart pumping workout too!
