Hi

I did this yesterday. i made a new running playlist and took a different route than I normally do. I ended up running four miles. That's the farthest I have run so far.

Challenge-Put one some music and switch up your type of cardio when the song changes.
For example, march in place for the first song, then do side-to-side steps for the second, then bump up the intensity to jumping jacks for the third song, etc.

Benefit-I do not get bored with this workout, and if I don't get bored, I work out longer, which translates into a higher calorie burn
