my goal is to get my 10,000 steps in with no problem, working on it, Saturdays are hard, because I ride with my DH a big part of the day.

My goal for 6/7 was to stick with my mela plan and stay within calories. I did that. First time in 6 days!! Can i get a WooHoo!!!

Goal setting is so important. You need to know what you want to accomplish and how you plan to reach those goals.

The challenge for today is to set one goal and begin to think about your short term and long term goals. The goal you set for today should be something you can reach by the end of today. Example: My goal is to walk ???? steps. or My goal is to stay within my calorie range.
